My first and foremost value was around pet restrictions as my dog is my everything. She went so far as to double check even into the nitty gritty and case law precedents around animal rights in the home their person purchases!!! For that alone Kit would have my undying loyalty as as realtor, but she has (still!!! even after the accepted offer!!) stood by me, actively helping me attend to all next steps. As a first-time home owner I admittedly feel a bit overwhelmed with a million details swirling through my mind. Kit is probably the most patient, community minded and client focussed realtor out there. We first reached out to Kit in 2021 when we were exploring buying our first home.
